01 / Overview
Custom creative work becomes non-refundable once work starts.
Creatorless services involve research, strategy, scripting, creative direction, AI production, editing, account review, campaign planning, and other work that may begin before a final deliverable is sent. For that reason, payments are generally non-refundable once strategy, planning, production, management, or delivery work has started.
If you have a concern about a deliverable, contact Creatorless as soon as possible so we can review the issue and use the included revision process where available.
02 / Free strategy calls
Free calls do not require payment.
The Creatorless strategy call is free. There is no refund issue for the call itself. If a client chooses to move forward after the call, the applicable refund terms depend on the package, retainer, proposal, or invoice selected.
03 / One-time creative packs
One-time creative packs may only be refundable before work begins.
If a client cancels before Creatorless has started strategy, planning, scripting, creative direction, AI generation, editing, design, or production work, Creatorless may issue a refund minus payment processing fees and any already incurred costs.
Once work has started, one-time creative pack payments are non-refundable. This includes payments for Starter Creative Packs, Testing Packs, Growth Creative Packs, custom creative batches, scripts, hooks, concepts, static ADs, videos, exports, and related creative work.
04 / Monthly creative retainers
Monthly creative retainers have a 3-month minimum term.
Monthly creative retainers are non-refundable once the billing period begins. Retainers require a 3-month minimum term unless a written agreement says otherwise. After the initial minimum term, clients may cancel with 15 days' written notice unless the written agreement or proposal says otherwise.
Unused credits do not automatically create a cash refund. Unused monthly credits roll over while the client's retainer remains active unless a written agreement states otherwise.
05 / Creatives plus AD management
AD management retainers are separate from AD spend.
Creatives plus AD management retainers require a 3-month minimum term unless a written agreement says otherwise. After the initial minimum term, clients may cancel with 15 days' written notice. Management fees are non-refundable once the billing period begins.
AD spend is paid directly to the advertising platform and cannot be refunded by Creatorless. Platform rejections, account reviews, tracking issues, high CPMs, low conversion rates, lack of leads, poor ROAS, or changes in platform policy are not grounds for a Creatorless refund.
06 / Client delays
Delays caused by missing information do not create refund rights.
Creatorless timelines depend on client cooperation. Refunds are not issued because of delays caused by:
- Missing brand assets, product details, footage, access, approvals, or required information.
- Late feedback, changed offers, changed direction, or delayed decision-making.
- Client-side landing page, website, tracking, product, scheduling, or account issues.
- Unavailable AD accounts, payment problems, or platform restrictions outside Creatorless control.
07 / Revision-first remedy
Creative concerns should go through the revision process first.
If a deliverable does not match the agreed scope, the client should request revisions within the included revision window. Creatorless will use the revision rounds included in the package or written proposal to address eligible issues.
Refunds are not issued solely because a client changes preference, changes the offer, changes the target customer, or requests a new creative direction after work has started or assets have been delivered.
08 / If Creatorless cannot deliver
If we cannot complete agreed work, we will offer a fair remedy.
If Creatorless cannot complete an agreed deliverable for reasons within Creatorless control, Creatorless may offer a replacement deliverable, service credit, timeline adjustment, or partial refund for the undelivered portion of the work.
This remedy does not apply when delivery is blocked by missing client materials, late feedback, platform decisions, nonpayment, changed scope, or other circumstances outside Creatorless control.
09 / Disputes and chargebacks
Contact Creatorless before opening a payment dispute.
If you believe there is a billing issue, contact creatorlessinc@gmail.com first so the issue can be reviewed. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting Creatorless may delay support, pause work, or result in termination of active services.
